Enjoy the North London parks for exercise

You don't have to stay at home and workout you can enjoy the North London parks for exercise and fresh air.

You can use the tree to perform 3 or 4 different leg exercises and a bench for your arm exercises.

I will create a video soon that will show you how easy it is to exercise while out enjoying mother nature.

You never need weights and a gym - just get out to a North London park and use your own body strength - and a personal trainer of course :)

  • Dollis Valley Greenwalk Barnet
  • Lordship Recreation Ground, Haringey
